Intermediaries



At E&C Acquisition, we value the role of intermediaries in bringing opportunities to our attention and in helping negotiate and conclude transactions. In many of the transactions we have completed, we have paid buy-side intermediary fees. We work with intermediaries representing sellers as well as intermediaries representing us as buyers.

 

We don't need a full investment banking memorandum to get started on an acquisition opportunity. A telephone call, a general idea of the nature of the company, and some summary financial information will let us make an initial evaluation. We want to cooperate with intermediaries to make the submittal task as easy as possible. We are committed to a rapid response within five days of the initial submission of an idea.
