E&C Acquisition is committed to growing our company as well as continuing the growth of our prospective acquired companies, both internally and through select acquisitions that expand upon E&C’s core knowledge and competencies in the oilfield services space. Over the last 20 years, the principals of E&C have participated in well over $10B in transactions in various countries around the world.

 

Our acquisition program targets increasing the depth and breadth of services and manufacturing in the energy sector. We continually research new ideas, technologies and companies. Having relationships with strategic buyers and key private equity groups allows us to pursue and structure transactions in a more creative fashion to meet the objectives of both buyers and sellers.
